The Northwest Metro Association of REALTORS® (NWMAR) Scholarship is an incredible opportunity for outstanding high school seniors who plan to pursue undergraduate studies at a college, university, or vocational school.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Nominees must be recommended by an active NWMAR member.

✅ The student must be a child, stepchild, or grandchild of an NWMAR member OR a brokerage employee, licensed agent, or unlicensed assistant of an NWMAR member licensee.

Application Requirements

Once nominated, students will need to complete an online application, which includes:

✔ Official high school and college transcripts (if jointly enrolled)

✔ One letter of recommendation from a non-family member

✔ A 500-word essay addressing:

Who has influenced you the most and why?

What are your higher education goals (college, major, etc.)?
