How do I become a Member?
The Northwest Metro Association of REALTORS® has 3 different memberships: REALTOR® (person holding an active real estate or appraisal license), REALTOR Emeritus® (40+ years of REALTOR® membership and completed one year of NAR service), and Affiliate (non-licensed individual). To become a member, you will need to complete an application and pay the appropriate membership fees. Additionally, REALTORS® must complete (3) new member training requirements within 6 months. For more information, click here.
How do I complete an Application?

Please note: All applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. Upon completion of your application and provisional membership, you will receive a welcome email that contains your account login, membership ID number, instructions on retrieving your receipt, and an explanation of new member training requirements (if applicable). REALTOR® type members will use their active Membership ID number provided in the welcome email to access member benefits along with GAR forms.

Membership Type & Fees
In order to join the Association, you will need to pay the prorated amount of your membership fees and an application fee. NWMAR's fiscal cycle runs July 1 - June 30, while GAR's and NAR's fiscal cycles are based on a calendar year, January 1 - December 31.
New REALTOR® members will pay a $25 application fee in addition to the annual fee listed.

A REALTOR® is defined as an individual who holds an active real estate or appraiser's license.
REALTORS® also hold membership with the Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

A Partner is a business or individual without an active real estate license who supports the Northwest Metro Association of REALTORS® through annual sponsorship.
