Northwest Metro Association of REALTORS®!
At the end of each membership year, we examine the process of membership renewal and continue to strive towards making this process as easy as possible. Your feedback is appreciated. Please, remember that your annual membership is due to be renewed by July 1st of each year.
Renewal Information
- Members will be notified via email of the Renewal options and deadline.
- Designated REALTORS® (DR) will receive renewal information to share with their agents and will receive updates regarding who has not yet renewed in the office.
- RPAC - please make your Fair Share Investment when you renew.
Important Notice: If you choose to pay your renewal in full by debit/credit card, a $15 convenience fee will be applied. For those selecting the payment plan option for online renewal, an administrative fee of $25 will be added. Members can avoid (and deduct) the $15 convenience fee by paying in full using a check.
To pay by check, please include either a copy of your invoice or your license number on the check memo and send it to Northwest Metro Association of REALTORS® - 5784 Lake Forrest Dr. Atlanta, GA 30328. We also accept cash or money orders, provided the exact amount is tendered.

Required Membership Fees and Tax Information
REALTOR® Tax Deduction Notice: The portion of dues paid that is spent to lobby the State and Federal governments is not deductible for income tax purposes. GAR has estimated that $8.15 (8.32%) is the nondeductible portion of 2025 GAR dues. NAR has estimated the nondeductible portion of its 2025 dues to be $55.00 (or 35%). The entire $45.00 NAR Consumer Advertising Campaign Assessment qualifies as deductible dues.

Payment Plan Available
May I make partial payments?
If you are a REALTOR® member and your primary membership is held with the Northwest Metro Association of REALTORS®, you will have a Payment Plan option when making your payment online. In addition to the renewal amount, an administration fee of $25 will be added if you choose to participate in the Payment Plan. Three equal installments will be applied to your credit card: the first installment is charged on the day you enroll; the second installment drafts on August 1st; and the final installment drafts on September 1st. The Order Summary screen will reflect the full amount of the membership. You must renew online and submit your first installment by July 31st in order to take advantage of this payment plan.
Note: Payment Plan Option is available online only and payments will be processed automatically with the credit card information provided. The payment plan is available only to renewing members.
TERMS
By signing up for the payment plan online, I give authorization to the Northwest Metro Association of REALTORS® to charge my credit/debit card account for my membership renewal on the specified installment dates. I understand all payments are non-refundable. I also understand that if my membership dues are not paid in full by September 1st, I will incur a $50 late fee and my membership benefits will be discontinued.
