Changes for 2024 Professional Achievers Circle Applications

• All applications must be submitted through the online program.
• No volume or unit credit for Leases
• Teams must identify a team leader or teams of two equal partners can be listed.

2024 NWMAR Professional Achievers Circle Applications
Available Online: Individual | Team
All transactions must have closed during 2024.
Before completing the online applications, please download and complete the following:

• Production Log
• Current Broker Certification Form
• Previous Broker Certification Form
  (only required if you transferred offices in 2024)

Costs:

• NWMAR PAC Application Fee (includes Plate for qualifying year): $65
• 12-Year Period Perpetual Plaque with Header Plate: $60
• NWMAR PAC Application Late Fee: $250 – A late fee is applied to any applications submitted after 1/10 until 1/31.

OVERVIEW

Members of the Professional Achievers Circle exemplify the highest caliber of real estate professionalism and service. Membership is based on the personal production of at least one million dollars in real estate transactions by the individual.

The rules for admission are strict and full membership in the Association is required. The Professional Achievers Circle Audit Committee reviews every application very carefully and each one must be certified by the principal broker as to the accuracy and the entire Committee spends many hours reviewing the applicants for validity and accuracy.
