• Month’s Supply: 2.8 (14.3% increase)

Gordon County | November 2023

• Total single family home sales: 50 (2% increase)
• Median sales price: $269,500 (3.7% increase)
• Average sales price: $305,500 (10.9% increase)
• Total active listings: 120 (12.4% decrease)
• New listings: 54 (8% increase)
• Month’s Supply: 2.5 (3.9% increase)
