Market Summary 📊

In January 2025, Bartow and Gordon counties showed a mix of growth and slight slowdowns.

Bartow County: Home sales increased by 5.7% to 93 units, while the median sales price rose 5.5% to $325,500. The average sales price saw a 12.6% increase, reaching $357,000. Active listings grew by 44.2%, and new listings climbed by 23.3%, expanding available inventory. The month’s supply of inventory rose 44.1% to 3.24 months, providing more options for buyers.

Gordon County: Home sales increased by 3.4% to 30 units, while the median sales price climbed 9.8% to $291,000, and the average sales price rose 5.2% to $323,500. Active listings grew by 54.5%, and new listings saw a 30.9% increase. The month’s supply of inventory expanded by 76.8% to 4.07 months, providing more opportunities for buyers.
