This class is to ensure that students understand Fair Housing and its impact on communities and individuals. Fair Housing Law establishes equal treatment for everyone as the standard. Social stigmas, personal biases, and stereotypes can affect the way we do business subconsciously. The perception of biased treatment will lead to trouble, while sensitivity to diverse cultures leads to inclusion which increases the quality of LIFE FOR ALL in the community! This class satisfies one of the Core Standards requirements under Section 3 - Consumer Outreach.
