How do I become a Member?
The Northwest Metro Association has 3 different memberships: REALTOR® (person holding an active real estate or appraisal license), REALTOR Emeritus® (40+ years of REALTOR® membership) and Affiliate (non-licensed individual). For more information on membership types and fees, click here.
To become a member, you will need to complete an application and pay the appropriate membership fees. Additionally, REALTORS® must complete (2) new member training requirements within 6 months. For more information, click here.
How do I complete an Application?
You have 3 ways to submit your application:
Online - Please use the online application link to the right to apply for membership.
Fax - Download the appropriate application and fax your completed copy to 404-843-3402.
Mail - Download the appropriate application and mail to:

When you fax or mail the application, don't forget to include payment information and your signature. The application cannot be processed without this information. Once you receive a welcome email, you will then be able to register online for an upcoming orientation session using the username indicated.
