NWMAR Scholarship Program

The Northwest Metro Association of REALTORS® is proud to support local students through its scholarship program. The NWMAR Scholarship Fund is designed to recognize outstanding high school seniors who plan to pursue undergraduate studies at a college, university, or vocational school.

Through this program, NWMAR invests in the future of our community by helping students pursue their educational and career goals.

Scholarship Details

NWMAR awards a $1,000 scholarship to selected applicants. Scholarship availability, application dates, and deadlines may vary by year. Please review the current application form for complete details and submission requirements.

Eligibility

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Applicant must be a child, stepchild, grandchild, or step-grandchild of a member who holds primary membership with NWMAR.
  • Applicant must be an outstanding high school senior planning to pursue undergraduate studies at a college, university, or vocational school.
  • Applicant must have an overall academic GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Application Requirements

Applicants should be prepared to submit the following materials:

  • Official high school transcript, and college transcript if jointly enrolled
  • One letter of recommendation from a non-family member
  • A 500-word essay describing who has influenced you the most and your higher education goals
