The June 2026 housing market across Bartow and Gordon counties reflected continued inventory growth across Northwest Metro, while buyer activity varied between the two markets. Home prices remained stable overall, providing REALTORS® and consumers with valuable insight into evolving market conditions as the summer season continued.
Buyer activity followed different paths across Northwest Metro in June. Bartow County recorded 125 homes sold, as closed sales eased from May’s pace, while Gordon County posted 56 homes sold, marking a 19.2% increase compared to June 2025. Together, the two markets demonstrate that buyer demand remains active despite differing month-to-month trends.
Home values remained resilient throughout the region. Bartow County’s median sales price increased to $334,500, up 2.1% year over year, while the average sales price climbed to $394,500. In Gordon County, the median sales price held steady at $290,000, while the average sales price reached $317,500, reflecting continued stability across the local housing market.
Inventory continued to expand in both counties, providing buyers with more options than a year ago. Bartow County ended June with 559 active listings and 4.64 months of inventory, while Gordon County reported 232 active listings and 4.82 months of inventory. New listings totaled 214 in Bartow County and 97 in Gordon County, helping maintain a healthy supply of available homes across Northwest Metro.
